Rates: Design and shop rates may vary depending on project specifics, rushed orders, and the temperature in Yuma. Design, machining, and welding time is generally quoted at $75/hr. Some processes require higher rates, and some projects warrant a discounted rate.

Quotes/Estimates: Quotes are good for 15 days from date of estimate. Fluctuations in material prices and workload may change quoted costs after 15 days. If a quote is not accepted within 15 days, please contact Western Tool & Fabrication to discuss any changes that may be necessary.

Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are the preferred method of issuing contracts. PO numbers will be referenced on invoices and receipts.

Change Orders: Quotes are not good if changes in project requirements are necessary. Changes made after projects are initialized may necessitate additional costs.

Payments Accepted: Cash, Business Check, Cashiers Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and sometimes Machine Tools.

Taxes: Arizona residents and walk-in customers will be charged the Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (aka: "Sales Tax") on products produced by Western Tool & Fabrication. The tax rate for Yuma County is currently 6.7%. Taxes will not be charged on repair or installation services which will be invoiced separately from tangible goods. Taxes will not be charged on items produced for resale, when a resale permit is presented to Western Tool & Fabrication and a Transaction Privilege Tax Exemption Certificate (Arizona Form 5000) is filed with Western Tool & Fabrication.

Payment Terms:

• Quoted projects - unless otherwise agreed upon, payment in full is due within 30 days of invoice date.
• Quoted projects with high material costs - agreed upon percentage of quote is due before materials are ordered or project begins
• Small projects and repairs - payment in full is due when item is picked up or before shipping
• Rigging jobs - unless otherwise agreed upon, payment in full is due at completion of work

Shipping:

• Packages are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Tracking information will be forwarded to the customer whenever possible.
• Larger equipment can be loaded on trucks at Western Tool & Fabrication, or delivered at an agreed upon rate

Receiving:

• Packages can be sent to Western Tool & Fabrication, 3588 E No Cooler Pl Ste 401, Yuma, AZ 85365 - Please email tracking numbers when available.
• Freight can be delivered with notice to the above address. Please provide carrier with telephone number and a map.

Intellectual Rights/Non-Disclosure: Intellectual Properties presented to or developed by Western Tool & Fabrication will fall under one of the three categories:

• Intellectual Properties presented to Western Tool & Fabrication for analysis or manufacture will not be disclosed to other customers or manufactures, unless authorized in writing by the customer. Non-disclosure statements will be signed at the request of the customer.
• Intellectual Properties developed by Western Tool & Fabrication for a customer will remain property of Western Tool & Fabrication. We reserve the right to further develop or market any properties developed by Western Tool & Fabrication.
• Under special circumstances agreed upon by Western Tool & Fabrication and the customer, rights to intellectual properties will be divided by Western Tool & Fabrication and the customer by the terms of the agreement.
